Voter Information Cards

The Voter Information Card serves as an information card only (includes polling location, districts, party, etc.). To vote you must present photo identification with a signature such as a Florida Driver's License, Florida Identification Card, US Passport, Military ID, credit or debit card, Student ID, Retirement Center ID, Neighborhood Association ID, Public Assistance ID, Veteran Health ID (issued by the US Department of Veterans Affairs), a license to carry a concealed weapon (issued pursuant to FS 790.06) or an Employee ID issued by the Federal Government, State Government, County or Municipal Government.

Check your Voter Information Card to ensure that all information is current and correct. If the residence address or last name printed on the card is different than your current residence address or current last name, please update your information with our office before voting in an election. You may update your voter information at our office at 971 W Duval St., by phone at (386) 758-1026, email at registration@votecolumbia.com, or online through the link Update Voter Information/ Register. Changes may also be made at our Fort White Branch Office at 17579 SW State Road 47 (open Wednesday and Thursday).
